WHERE WE ARE LOCATED
Sage Lake is a 785-acre all sports lake in Ogemaw County, Michigan. It is located north of M-55, 16 miles east of West Branch and 22 miles west of Tawas City. This lake is 785 acres in size. It is approximately 80 feet deep at its deepest point. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Sunfish and Yellow Perch.

From I-75
- Head Northeast on M-33 N(10 mi.)
- Turn right onto M-55 E (10 mi.)
- Turn left onto Sage Lake Rd (4.9 mi.)
- Turn left onto Francis Rd (.5 mi.)
- Slight left for 115 ft.

This property is surrounded by water with lake views from every window in the house. With 4 bedrooms it offers enough sleeping space for 12+ people. This property can also be used to house guests from our other property at near by Zeron’s Island- also on Sage Lake. This property has plenty of parking, nice outdoor patio and BBQ area, as well as a lake side fire pit area. We have a 2 person paddle pontoon for renter use as well an a pontoon boat for rent.
